Malin Ratcliffe, having been born in Sweden and enjoys Caymanian and Swedish citizenship, has made her home in the Cayman Islands since 1991 and has been involved in the local community ever since. She started with FCM in 2002, specializing in individual service through corporate administration and encompassed this into the daily office management catering to both the local community and offshore clients.

Raymond Whittaker BA, TEP, Notary Public was born in the Cayman Islands and graduated from USF in June of 1976. Starting his career with what was then Royal Bank Trust Cayman two weeks later, he continued with the company through the merger which became RoyWest (Royal Bank of Canada and National Westminster Bank) and left in 1984 to join TransOcean Bank & Trust, Ltd.( a member of S. C. Johnson Financial Services Group headquartered in Racine, Wisconsin). After having served with National Westminster in London, England on a secondment from RoyWest and serving 16 years as Managing Director of TransOcean, he left in December of 2000 to acquire FCM Ltd where he continues as Owner, Managing Director. He is a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association and Cayman Islands Company Managers Association.
